Alhambras 1 is a beautiful, gated community with over a 100 apartments situated within the larger gated community of Altaona Golf and Country club (Formerly the Mosa Trajectum Golf club) in the Baños y Mendigo area in the Region of Murcia, Spain.
Set against the backdrop of the Carascoy mountains, the views, sunsets and sun rises are superb and with it also being only 25 to 30 minutes to the beaches of the Mar Menor it could not be better situated.
Also located just 7 minutes from Murcia International Airport and 55 minutes from Alicante Airport it is easily accessible and well connected.
